You may return items within 7-14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  • Please ensure the package is securely sealed and shipped back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
